China-Belgium Investment Synergy: Forging a New Ecosystem for Bilateral Cooperation
On May 14th, 2026, the Benelux Chamber of Commerce had the honor of organizing the “Investment Synergy” Seminar at the Belgian Embassy in Beijing, hosted by H.E. Bruno Angelet.
The event highlighted the China-Belgium Direct Equity Investment Fund (CBDEIF), a unique platform linking Belgian and Chinese institutions and governments, and a real success story in Belgium-China economic cooperation. Former Belgian Minister Rick Daems has been closely involved since its inception.
We were honored by the presence of Mr. Huang Mingda, Vice Director-General for Europe at China’s Ministry of Commerce.
The Chinese delegation included Han Zhida, Vice President of Guotai Haitong Securities; Zhang Junyu, Chairman of Haifu Industrial Investment Fund; Bao Zhenbin, Chairman of CBDEIF; Ni Shugui, Director of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation; alongside founders, chairmen and senior executives from leading Chinese investment, technology and industrial companies.
On the Belgian side, we were pleased to welcome Koen Van Loo, CEO of SFPIM; former Belgian Minister Rick Daems; Bruno Weill, China Chief Representative of BNP Paribas; Didier Denayer, Economic Counselor of AWEX; and Koen De Ridder from Flanders Investment & Trade.
The seminar also featured two strong CBDEIF success stories, showing how Belgian and Chinese capital, industry and innovation can work together in practice.
The evening concluded with a reception open to the Belgian community and Benelux Chamber members, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, officials and business leaders over Belgian beers and Belgian food.

2026年5月14日，，荷比卢商会有幸在比利时驻华大使馆举办了“投资协同”研讨会，活动由比利时驻华大使安博宁阁下主持。
本次活动重点介绍了中比直接股权投资基金（CBDEIF），该基金是连接比利时与中国政府及机构的独特平台，也是比中经济合作中的成功典范。比利时前国务部长Rick Daems自该基金成立之初便深度参与其中。
我们荣幸地邀请到了中国商务部欧洲司二级巡视员黄岳峰先生出席。
中方嘉宾包括，国泰海通证券副总裁韩志达先生、海富产业投资基金管理董事长张均宇先生、中比直接股权投资基金董事长包振斌先生、中国印钞造币集团董事倪曙贵先生，以及来自中国领先投资、科技和工业企业的创始人、董事长及高管代表。
比方嘉宾包括，比利时国家国际投资公司首席执行官Koen Van Loo、比利时前国务部长Rick Daems、法国巴黎银行中国首席代表Bruno Weill、比利时瓦隆大区外贸与外国投资总署经济商务参赞Didier Denayer，以及比利时法兰德斯投资与贸易局商务参赞Koen De Ridder。
研讨会还分享了两个极具代表性的中比直接股权投资基金CBDEIF成功案例，展示了比中资本、产业与创新如何切实开展合作。
活动最后举行了面向比利时社群及荷比卢商会会员的交流酒会，企业家、投资人、政府代表及商界领袖齐聚一堂，共同品尝比利时啤酒与美食。
